Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, please note the following:
If an item was damaged or the wrong item was accidentally sent,
there is no charge to return the item, and Wheelchair Medical pays all shipping charges.
Product must be unused and the original packaging and materials intact. To return an item for any other reason, a 15%-25% restocking fee applies to all returns, depending on the specific item. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To return any item, you must first contact us to receive a Return
Authorization Number - also known as an RMA number.
